We have built an IT Infrastructure Project Management COE in Poland and augment it with US-based resources. This COE works US-based hours, and is staffed by strong, English speaking communicators, and allows the customer to benefit from the underlying labor arbitrage, while still maintaining the extremely high level of quality that CSI delivers in its other offerings.
We are comfortable bidding on projects in a fixed-bid manner or a T&M fashion. We have successfully delivered over 300 IT Infrastructure projects in the last 36 months and take great pride in meeting and exceeding expectations around budget and timeliness of delivery.

- Continually assess value proposition and adjust labor distribution (workforce: US/12%, EMEA/12%, India/76%). We focus on the right skills, in the right location, at the right price and value proposition.
- We find and retain the best engineers around the world, ensuring the right fit for purpose (i.e., able to work US hours, strong English skills, high level technical expertise, etc.)
- Prior to 2023, no increases in service fees for 4 years. 2023 marked the first increase (2% increase) in service fees in 4+ years due to macro-economic forces that could not be 100% mitigated.
- We can be an outsourcing partner or a staff augmentation partner. We can provide a single resource, a dedicated technical team (WAN routing team), or be your outsourcer for all IT Infrastructure operations.
